Bio

Mr. Jeremy Kaufman is a 5th grade teacher at Larry J. Macaluso Elementary.  His teaching career began with the York City School District as a second grade teacher for one year and a third grade teacher for two years.  After that, Mr. Kaufman was hired as a teacher for Red Lion Area School District, teaching second grade for the first three years and fifth grade for twenty-one years.  He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology in the spring of 1992. After that, he received his Elementary Teaching Certification and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.    

 

Outside of school, Mr. Kaufman loves to spend time with his wife, Kelly, and their children, Jacob and Abby.  He also enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
