The Haunted Mile

HAUNTED MILE RUN INFORMATION

 

DATE: Saturday morning, October 21, 2023 (Rain Date: TBD)

 

LOCATION: Location TBD  Previously at the Red Lion Senior High Cross Country Course (This is located between the RL Junior High and Winterstown Rd. at what was formerly Copper Beech and the Red Lion Country Club. If using GPS, the address is 115 Country Club Rd. Red Lion PA)  

PARTICIPANTS: All elementary students in the Red Lion Area School District may participate.

 

COURSE LENGTH: 1 mile

 

RACE ATTIRE: Runners may wear regular running attire or run in a costume. If running in a
costume, the runner must have sneakers and the ability to see clearly and move safely. This is a
natural grass running surface with uneven areas.

 

REGISTRATION: All participants MUST pre-register at Haunted Mile Registration by October
TBD.

 

T-SHIRTS: T-Shirts are available for purchase. There are NO race day sales. If you would like to
purchase a shirt, visit our Haunted Mile T-Shirt Store. All shirts MUST be ordered by
Sunday, TBD. Shirts will be available for pick-up during registration on race day.

 

AWARDS: The top 3 boys and top 3 girls per grade level will receive a medal. Medals will be
handed out after the results are tabulated.

 

CONCESSIONS: Snacks and drinks will be available for sale.
