Welcome to Mrs. Drivas' Third Grade Class!

     Welcome to third grade! Mrs. Drivas has been a teacher since 1991. This is her eleventh year with the Red Lion Area School District. Mrs. Drivas has taught reading remediation, kindergarten, second, and third grades. This is her seventh year in third grade. She graduated from Millersville University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. In 2015, Mrs. Drivas graduated with a master's degree in Reading from Cabrini College. 
     Mrs. Drivas has a husband, four wonderful children, and a dog named Jack. Her oldest daughter is a Junior at Baylor University in Texas, studying Global Communications. Her oldest son attends Penn State York as a business major and is a sophomore. Mrs. Drivas also has a son who is a sophomore at Dallastown and a second grade daughter as well. 
    Some of Mrs. Drivas' hobbies include reading, writing, travelling, watching football, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys bringing her Greek culture into the classroom. She has been to Ireland, England, Wales, the British West Indies, and she had the opportunity to teach a few weeks in Hong Kong. Her dream is to spend a year abroad teaching kids and to bring that expertise back to her Red Lion students. Next summer her family is planning on going to Greece to visit family. 
     She's looking forward to a great year in third grade!
