Mrs. Jennifer Miller has worked in the Red Lion Area School District since the fall of 1999. She is currently the Intervention Specialist at Larry J. Macaluso Elementary School. In her role, she works with students who are identified as struggling learners and could benefit from additional remediation strategies. Mrs. Miller comes from a background in special education. She started her teaching career at Edgar Moore Elementary School where she was a learning support teacher in grades K through 4. After ten years of teaching at Edgar Moore, she made the move to Larry J. Macaluso Elementary and continued teaching learning support students for another year until she transferred into her current role of Intervention Specialist (previously Instructional Support Teacher).
Mrs. Miller attended Goucher College and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Special Education in 1999. She then earned her Masters Degree in Education with a focus in At-Risk Students from Goucher College in 2003. She has continued to pursue additional education through Millersville University and Carlow University.
