Message from Dr. Peters

“Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year. This year, we are making car rider signs mandatory for students being picked up at dismissal (after AM Kindergarten and at the end of the school day). During the first week, we will be handing out signs. The student's or students' first name and last initial should be visible while the sign is hanging from the rear view mirror. It works best if you use a dark permanent marker to write the names. After the first week, we will not release students to anyone at the student pick up loop without a sign in the car. If there is no sign, the student/s must be picked up at the main office. I realize this may cause minor inconveniences for some at times throughout the year. However, student safety is a priority of ours, and this is another process to help support keeping our students safe. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions.

I am looking forward to a great school year.

Dr. Peters”
